Crossroads Emergency Conference 2025
The Indiana Emergency Medical Services Association and the Indiana Emergency Nurses Association are working together again to bring emergency-related education to Indiana’s emergency healthcare providers. This conference signifies the third year of this successful collaboration between Indiana’s emergency providers.
The conference is designed to accentuate the growing bond between EMS and emergency nursing.
The conference will be held from November 20-21, 2025, at the French Lick Springs Hotel at 8670 West State Road 56, French Lick, IN 47432.

Pre-Conference Offerings
Like last year, several pre-conference sessions will be available at various times before the conference. Registration is required, as additional fees may be incurred. All pre-conference sessions will include a lunch buffet. For more information, click below.
Conference Schedule
Last year’s conference hosted over 55 speakers from 20 states and two countries. Attendees could choose from more than 60 individual educational sessions offering up to 14.25 nursing continuing professional development or EMS contact hours.

The French Lick Springs Hotel has arranged special guest room pricing for this event. Room availability and special rates are limited, and rooms may run out by October 19, 2025.

Traditional 1 King Bed: $169.00 per night
Additional housing arrangements and reservations can be made, modified, or canceled by individuals calling the Resort directly at 1-844-241-6361. The Group Code will be needed to receive the group rate(s).

Guest room rates are subject to applicable taxes, including 13% total Occupancy tax (includes 7% Indiana Sales tax; 4% Occupancy tax; 2% Historic Occupancy tax).
Please make your room reservations as soon as possible. Guest room reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each reservation must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit OR guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold reservations unless they are secured by one of these methods.
