Presenter’s Responsibilities

• Presenters are defined here as the PRIMARY or FIRST-NAMED author of an accepted abstract. Presenters are responsible for providing information to their co-presenters. The following is a list of tasks to be completed by presenters before and after the conference.

• Presentation & Technology Reminders

  • All presentation rooms will be equipped with a Windows-based PC, and we ask that you please bring your presentation on a USB (thumb) drive for easy access.

  • You are welcome to use your own laptop; however, Mac laptops have experienced connection issues with our projectors in the past. If you plan to use a Mac, please bring the appropriate adapters and allow extra time before your session to ensure compatibility.

• Civility Clause

  • The Indiana EMS Association and Indiana ENA are proud to host this conference, thanks to the dedicated efforts of volunteer members who generously contribute their time, talents, and expertise. These professionals balance full-time careers with their commitment to advancing emergency care for Hoosiers across the state. As you engage with us, please approach your questions and comments with civility and consideration. Together, we can create a respectful environment that honors the spirit of collaboration driving this event.

• Presenter Registration:

  • All presenters are required to register by the presenter registration deadline. Any presenter not registered by this time may be removed from the program. When registering, please identify your role in the conference as a "Presenter- First or Primary Presenting Author." As a first or primary presenting author, your registration will be comped. In the online form, after providing your Registration Type, you can use the code below to receive a complimentary registration. Please note that the complimentary registration is for first or primary presenting authors only. 

• Please click on the “Contact the Planning Committee” button to ask questions of the various conference planning committees.

• All presenters must complete the preliminary expense report by the due date to be eligible for conference-related reimbursement.
