Crossroads Emergency Conference 2026:

Call for Abstracts / Speakers

November 19-20, 2026

Please complete the following form to be considered for the Crossroads Emergency Educational Conference 2025. The abstract submission deadline has been extended through May 31, 2026, at noon Eastern Time.

Please submit topics for presentation relevant to Pre-Hospital and Emergency Care that address exciting and innovative educational issues, research, evidence-based practice, or quality improvement efforts. Topics may include but are not limited to:

 

  • APRN

  • Airway/Resp/Vent

  • Behavioral Health 

  • Cardiology 

  • Communications 

  • Critical Care

  • Disaster Preparedness 

  • Documentation

  • Forensics 

  • Geriatrics 

  • Innovation

  • Leadership

  • Legal 

  • OB/Peds 

  • Pharmacology 

  • Quality and Safety 

  • Trauma 

  • Triage 

The following information will be required for your submission:

  • Primary author demographic information

  • Presentation title

  • At least one learning outcome statement

  • One topic area

 

The areas in bold denote the sections that will be used to rate the presentation proposal for acceptance into the program.

  • Abstract (describe the topic you would like to present)

  • Content outline (describe the proposed outline for your presentation)

  • At least one academic reference to support or provide evidence for your presentation.

  • Short session description (<25 words describing your session)

Selection Process

Our expert review committee will evaluate all submissions based on relevance, originality, and potential impact. Accepted speakers will be notified by August 1, 2026
