You must hold a current (8th Edition) TNCC provider card. This is the new version of the course.

You will need to submit the following items along with you application. Any missing items will cause your application to not be accepted.  

• Current resume or CV

• Instructor potential paperwork

• Current provider card

The following information will enhance your application.

• Letter of intent

• Letter of support from your nurse manager or ENA officer

• Letter of recommendation from your Course Coordinator
