4:22 pm edt email: montrey.myers@SSFHS.org comments: I am an ER nurse at a level 2 hospital in Crawfordsville IN. I am concerned about the amount of time it takes for transport teams to change the IV tubing when transferring critical patients. It seems only logical that there should be some standardization of this equipment. Needless to say the cost savings to the entire medical community could be immense. Has this come up before and do you have any further recommendations for further actions that I could take to pursue any further measures? Thank you for your time. Montrey |
